We warn you against the SHIDOLYA agency in Arusha.
We left with this agency this summer. This agency was very dishonest because it did not respect what was agreed and paid: guide non francophone, program different, activities suppressed (without reduction of price), asking price increased on the spot ...
By the negligence of the driver we had an accident on the spot (to date, 8 weeks of work stoppage). The driver was not at all professional, he wanted to hide the accident.
The agency did not respond to our claims, disproportionate according to them, and did not accept any compensation for this catastrophic stay.
