Horrible Service
I am saddened to write this review that can tarnish FedEx name.
I have no words to place on this review regarding your horrible service. You call every number no one responds. You write them email they don’t respond you timely or respond QQ the next day. Service is so poor that inspite of complaining they don’t care. All the numbers on the website don’t work or are wrong. How and where do you seek help when you’re so desperate. This is not a first time. It’s happened couple of times. Every time it happened I take a benefit of doubt but this time is the time to confirm that the holding company is useless and cannot handle FedEx services but to tarnish the name of FedEx. It’s been 2 weeks since arrival of my goods until now I am writing this review I have not yet received my goods. I have another consignment coming from India but I have asked them to ship it via DHL. What am I supposed to do as I do not see anyone ready to help. The owners are hiding somewhere unknown. REGRETS
