The Company gave birth to our business and will have to nurture to help it grow. Therefore, we shareholders would like to welcome business partners from different localities all over the world to come and enter into any kind of partnership or joint purse arrangement or arrangement for sharing profit, union of interests or invest in one or both of the fore mentioned businesses.
Our company’s policy does not discriminate either domestic or foreign business partners instead it has opened the doors for any loyal partner to share some investments, business profits and capital with us as well as to bring different and useful technological techniques and professionals for the purpose of stabilizing the economic base of the entire company and native communes.
Therefore, we need a partner that will approach our business with the same level of enthusiasm and commitment that we have, but who also shares the same business “parenting” philosophies. In that sense, someone or an entity that is ready to enter into partnership with our company should be:
1. A BUSINESS PARTNER THAT SHARES OUR VALUES, ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT AND VISION
In fact this is the most important of all the things we are looking for in a business partner. We are ready and able to start – up communication effectively with a serious partner so as to make decisions, set goals, and drive the business forward. For sure, we are very serious on this criterion because to partner with someone or an entity that is unwilling, antagonistic or not capable to consider our view-point may position our businesses in a harder situation to be successful.
2. A BUSINESS PARTNER THAT CAN BRING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO THE BUSINESS
D.R.D Agricultural Company Limited needs a good business partners that should have skills that support and compliment our own. We shareholders do admit that, no single person is a master of all things. We may be having great interpersonal skills but poor business finance skills and vice versa might be true, hence we consider a partner who has great know-how and understand business accounting. The more skills we have and that of our partner bring to the business together the easier it will be to start, plan grow and run our business.
3. A BUSINESS PARTNER WITHOUT A LOT OF PERSONAL BAGGAGE
D.R.P Agricultural Co, Ltd is strictly closing the doors for a partner who has serious challenges in his/ her personal life, because this may carry over into the business. Due to that fact, we shareholders are looking for a business partner that is not dealing with one personal crisis after another because we are scared of finding ourselves carrying the burden of the business.
4. A BUSINESS PARTNER THAT CAN OFFER RESOURCES AND CREDIBILITY TO OUR BUSINESS
It will be our pleasure to have a business partner that has financial resource and other precious contributions that can raise our company’s business. Therefore, we need a partner with strong business network, industry connections, potential clients list or certain qualifications and expertise that can also increase the value of our business and improve our chances for achieving long term success.
5. A BUSINESS PARTNER THAT PRACTICES GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS
We shareholders are ready only to enter into partnership with a business partner that we can trust. We are looking for someone who value honesty and practices good personal and business ethics. The Company’s policy does not allow deception, deceit or breach to its rules, hence the relationship or partnership will be terminated without delay and some legal procedures will be taken against him/her once he/she steals from the Company misuses the obtainable financial and human resources, take our ideas or clients to start his/her own business or break legal agreements or contractual terms or laws that could get our Company into legal penalty.
6. A BUSINESS PARTNER THAT IS FINANCIALLY STABLE
D.R.D Agricultural Co, Ltd is looking for a business partner with steady financial resources that will contribute to the positive growth of our business. It is the certainty of the company that a partners to enter into partnership with it should not be in the middle of financial disaster, for this reason someone or an entity that facing financial problem is not going to be the best choice to start or enter into partnership with our Company and go into business with for a variety reasons
