Jackpot Safaris is a locally owned tour operator, based in Arusha, Tanzania. We were established in 2004 and have local knowledge about the environment, the nature & wildlife, as well as all the different cultures that exist in Tanzania today. Our guides are excellent, welcoming you to the Jackpot Safaris family with their pleasant and professional service. They are all very knowledgeable about wildlife & birds, fauna & flora, Tanzanian history, as well as the surrounding environment and cultures. Besides being fluent in Swahili (TanzaniaÂ’s native language), our tour guides speak English, French, and German, among other languages.

We also specialize in mountain treks, where our guides and porters alone have made several thousand climbs, to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro (Africa’s highest mountain, 5895m or 19,340ft), Mount Meru (Africa’s fifth highest mountain, 4566m or 14.980ft) and Oldoinyo Lengai (active volcano mountain at Lake Natron) as well as to the Monduli and Hanang mountains.
