• Planning all Marketing activities across our branch offices in Africa.
• PR activities- managing and overseeing our brand activities and engaging with Media.
• Monitoring and research of competitor analysis.
• Events management (monitoring the ROI and implementation of all activities)
• Social media engagement- managing the team / content / on all platforms
• Budgeting– designing budgets and oversee the implementation within the agreed numbers

• To manage the daily activities of the business, maximize revenue and achieve monthly
budget targets, through ensuring operational and client service delivery.
• Responsible for Strategic planning of all clients’ communications & advertising
• Liaise closely with brand marketing members to ensure consistency between
marketing, brand/product category and advertising plans

• To manage the daily activities of the business to as to minimize costs, maximize revenue and achieve monthly budget targets, through ensuring operational and client service delivery
• Develop new and promote superb client service brand with clients with whom we choose to engage which in turn will grow our revenues.
• Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, valid and complete and submitted on time to head office for financial reporting purposes.
• Maintain responsibility for overall operational delivery by ensuring any variance is managed and closed in line with company and group expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with councils, governments and private landlords so as to maximize the company objectives.

• Responsibility to ensure we consistently exceed the expectations of our operational delivery benchmarks.
• Manage and develop the various operational team members to ensure they plan appropriately to maximize operational delivery with minimal costs.
• Monitor operational delivery, close the variance and ensure maintenance plans are in check, actioned and communicated to client.
