VII. Input-Output analysis of Production Report
VIII. Monitoring and Management of Cost of Sales and Margin of entire Group
IX. Maintaining General Ledger – Whole Profit and Loss and entire Statement of Financial position.
X. Reviewing finished good as well as Production Report and advising Management on proper measures to be taken
XI. Authorization of good receipt, good issue and stock transfer Grpo and Pos on SAP
XII. Overall cost control

I) Using Tally as Accounting software to post different transaction
II) Filling VAT, SDL and Withholding tax monthly return.
III) Preparation of payment voucher
IV) Reconciliation between bank and cash book
V) Statements printing (Bank Statements) and passing entries to their respective ledgers
VI) Preparation of monthly sales report using excel
VII) Reconciliation of Master finished goods stock report
VIII) Reconciliation of Master work in progress and raw material stocks
IX) Posting Raw Material issue note to their respective ledgers
X) To coordinate with senior accountant to analyze fixed assets addition and retirement.
XI) Vouchers auditing and posting in system for all reimbursements, account receivables and payables.
XII) Making follow ups on branches ie. Data synchronization, ledger creation and rectification of errors

XIV) Supervising a team to accomplish different tasks
