    The Human Resources Business Partner will have ultimate responsibility for all administration and human resources activities within Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic, providing strategic leadership overall as well as operational support on key activities. The Human resources business partner is expected to lead the development of key HR systems and infrastructure that enable successful Esnan dental Turkish clinic operations, including recruitment, performance management, training and capacity building, policy development, and key areas of labor relations.

    Strategic Leadership and Management
    • Define Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic in Tanzania’s competitive proposition as an Clinic and seek opportunities to enhance that competitive position
    • Undertake critical assessment of existing strengths and weaknesses in HR systems
    • Build workplan of activities and systems improvements necessary to deliver on Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic strategic vision
    • Align with key project deliverables for every plan for Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic and identify resources to deliver
    • Ensure that each member of the Clinic team has clarity as to their role, responsibilities and short-term activities and goals
    • Proactively raise issues of concern within the clinic and show leadership

    Policies and Procedures Management
    • Develop human resources policies and procedures
    • Develop and/or revise Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic employee handbook relative to best practice and legal compliance
    • Maintain compliance with Tanzania’s employment laws, and liaise with local legal counsel

    Recruitment and Selection
    • Manage recruitment and selection process of Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic
    • Integrate relevant feedback from Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic HR function about continued enhancement of recruitment processes with Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic strategic vision

    On boarding, Training and Development
    • Conduct on boarding to all new employees of Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic
    • Ensure all employees understand Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic mission and vision as well as activities performed across the Clinic
    • Conduct training needs analysis based on the feedback received during performance review and employee engagement exercises

    Performance Management and Employee Retention
    • Coordinate and manage performance management process
    • Produce performance review report and submit to management with recommendations for further action

    Compensation and Benefits
    • Lead annual review of Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic salary structure, following guidance from Esnan Dental Turkish Clinic HR function
    • Prepare all payroll changes such as new employees, terminated employees, promotion, transfer and bank changes, then sending to Managing Director for payroll preparation
    • Review monthly payroll and approve
    • Provide any legal advice regarding payroll
    • Approve salary advance forms for all employees and send them to Managing Director for approval.

    Labor Relations
    • Manage complex employee relation issues
    • Participate in disciplinary investigations and associated hearings
    • Prepare legal termination letters where required

    Record and Report Management
    • Ensure HR records are maintained in personnel files and are up-to-date in the personnel
