Tasks/Duties performed:
Inventory management, examination of stock (mattress)
records data and takes pictures of all the essential aspects
Determine if they are the right supplier to do business with.
Preparing overall monthly depots expenses and factory operation reports. Take photo evidence of any risks which need immediate resolution. Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation. Prepare client credit list and make follow up.

Summarization of findings and execution of audit program.
Discussion with taxpayer/interview with taxpayer. Ratio Analysis
Summarizing the finding
Preparation of financial statements
Maintaining petty cash float
Preparing of bank reconciliation on monthly basis

Maintaining Accurate records of financial transaction
Prepare /processing payroll
Preparing cash book and petty cash book
Track billing records, payment requests, bank statements, anything financial that needs follow- up, etc.
Prepare weekly, monthly, daily collection report

• Maintain employee records for tracking outgoing funds, including payouts for claims, operating expenses and other overhead, payroll, and bonuses
• Going to the bank ; making deposits, and making payments
• To assist in the preparation of financial accounts
• Maintaining Up-to-date files of company records
• Issue receipt on payment
