- coal analysis, determine the presence of hydrogen, nitrogen, sulphur , to identify which coal is suitable for industrial uses and domestic uses
- metal analysis using Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
- instrumentation like FAAS, GC-MS, HPLC

-Provide product with high quality according to TBS and satisfy customer requirment
- check the coil from initial stage ,to determine if the coil is read for production
- check well galvanization process from initial stage to final stage
-check coating of iron steel
-check the pH required
- check final product if its clear, like no black spot, side track , edge
- check profile machines as well as bundling
- prepare line report for the whole production , always using excel
