An international oil and gas company is looking for a motivated candidate to ensure timely delivery of financial information in line with group requirements. Your main duties will involve creating management reports and budgets, as well as defining the scope of internal audits and developing annual plans.

Requirements
  • Draft the Budget on a yearly basis: lead and/or participate in interviews and meetings with relevant budget holders.
  • Design and implement new monthly reports allowing an efficient monitoring of costs and leading to a reliable Financial Information.
  • Review and prepare on a monthly basis reporting on Capex, G&As and Opex costs.
  • Review and prepare on a monthly basis “activity and results” reporting of the company.
  • Monitoring through critical analysis - variance between budget and actual for the profitability of the company.
  • Ensure a proper allocation of Cost Codes for each P&L General Ledger lines.
  • Assess existing processes, point out weaknesses, design and implement internal controls accordingly.
  • Ensure key controls implemented within the company are well performed.
  • Draft written Procedures.
  • Determine internal audit scope and developing annual plans
  • Provision of coaching to other junior staff.
  • Preparation of Financial information and periodic financial reports as per Management requests. And performing other duties assigned by Management.
