Job Responsibilities
  • Tophysically identify and categorize different types of spares / consumables inERP.
  • Toensure on time GRN and issuance of spares as per customer’s requisition
  • Tomaintain all the spares / consumable related documents properly
  • Totrack and monitor proper utilization of spares.
  • Toprovide timely reports on cost center wise consumption pattern of spares /consumables.
  • Toset up ROP (Re-ordering Points) of different critical spares and to monitorcurrent stock levels against ROP.
  • Tonegotiate with the suppliers to get better rates of the spares / consumables.
  • Todevelop new suppliers.
  • Tocreate and maintain the spares stores as per the proper standards.
  • Toensure the proper stock count of spares inventory (Zero deviation in stockcount)
  • Tostrictly follow the purchase process with integrity.


    • Minimum Qualification
  • Graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Shouldbe comfortable in Verbal and Written Communication (English).
  • Shouldhave basic commercial knowledge in purchase process.


    • Experience
  • Minimum5 years of work experience in maintenance department / manufacturing / job shop/ spares management.
  • Musthave good understanding of basic spares like, pump, motor, pneumatics valves,electrical spares etc.
  • Understandingof international purchase and Incoterms will be an added advantage.
