Day 1: Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha/Usa River - Tanzania
This Kilimanjaro Hike begins with collection from Kilimanjaro Airport situated close to Arusha, Kilimanjaro and Moshi, in northern Tanzania From the Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be taken to Usa River, the capital of the Meru District, located 23km from Arusha city.
Dinner
Day 2: Usa River – Marangu Gate (1840m) – Mandara Hut (2670m)
Day two starts with breakfast at the Green Hills of Africa Lodge and then you will be transferred to the Kilimanjaro National Park Gate (1840m).

Day 3: Mandara Hut (2670m) – Horombo Hut (3720m)
To daybegins with an early breakfast before continuing our Marangu Hike up Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain. We soon reach the tree line passing into the heath and moor vegetation zone.

Day 4: Horombo Hut (3720m) – Zebra Rocks (3980m) – Horombo Hut (3720m)
We take the day to acclimatise, greatly improving our chances of successfully reaching the summit of Kilimanjaro on this hike.

Day 5: Horombo Hut (3720m) – Kibo Hut (4700m)
A long and challenging trek awaits us today, lasting about 5 - 6 hours.

Today is the most exciting day on our Marangu Hike as we will reach the summit of Kilimanjaro!
