About the product
Brontide Interiors provide design services for commercial and hotels/hospitality clients requiring full design services. Brontide manages the interior architecture and contracting, We work closely with professional carpenters to provide bespoke designed wooden furniture, and upholstery, soft
furnishings and the finishing touches and tested fit-out contractors. We have also built
relationships with a number of South African, SADC certified companies to ensure competitive
pricing and timelines for imported office, hospitality and residential furniture.
Our Process and Scope of Services
01/ Briefing and Understanding the clients needs for each area /
Gain information on client’s requirements, budget and timeframe via introductory meetings and on-site
consultations and submitting in-studio mobilization fee based on this scope. This is costed on an hourly rate and is shared each week on a timesheet.
02/ Concept and Design Solutions based on understandings /
We will present this to client in the form of space planning, furniture arrangement, detailing, mood and concept board presentation and renders of specific areas.
03/ Budgeting and Specification Documentation of all FFF&E /
Present a fully comprehensive budget to the client with a break down of all areas incorporating local and
imported items. This schedule will include lead times, detailing, individual pricing and logistics.
04/ Ordering of all FF&E /
We manage the whole procurement process from acquisition to installation.
05/ Quality Control and Installation /
Managing each supplier’s delivery and storage ensuring products are not damaged or missing. Brontide will
assist and supervise all suppliers during the installation process.
06/ Project Management from Conception to Completion /
Ensuring all Professionals, Suppliers and Installers are attending to their duties in a thorough and timeous manner aiding in a smooth completion of the project
