Question for Zanzibar Medical & Diagnosis Centre

Hallo
I'm staying in Zanzibar untill march. I'm in therapy with coumadin. Is the hospital equipped for Blood coagulation test INR and how does it work? Is there a specific opening hour to take the blood and do the test? Are the results available by phone or email?
