1. Conference Interpretation and Translation
Our team of professionally trained linguists, Translators and Interpreters provides written translation, spoken and Sign Language interpretation in every industry including legal, Education, technology, medical, financial, insurance, entertainment and more in multilingual meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops.
This service provides a flawless medium of verbal and written communication in various meetings including local and international on various themes ranging from politics, economics, law, social services, etc.
A&G International Language Services uses only professionally trained linguists, Translators and Interpreters, highly qualified with many years of experience in the field. Some of them have the experience of more than five hundreds (500) days in the booth. And They translate thousands of words a month.
Our expert linguists have rendered high standard interpretation services to meetings organized by globally known Institutions such as the United Nations, World Bank, the World Health Organization, the African Union, the European Union, the African Development Bank, SADC, COMESA, the International Rescue Committee (IRC), ESAAG, Nile Basin Initiative, etc
We also provide translation services for conference-related literature such as; Audio- Visual presentations (slides), Speeches, Conference proceedings, Press releases, etc.
2. Transcription Services
 We do transcription from audio version to hard copy;
 We translate the audio version into client’s targeted language.
3. Proofreading
We do the process of correcting surface errors in writing, such as grammatical, spelling, punctuation and other language mistakes.
4. Editing
We make changes and suggestions that will improve the overall quality of the client’s writing, particularly in relation to language use and expression. We ensure that the client’s writing gives the impression that the language comes naturally from the client, even if it does not.
5. Conference management
• Follow- up the submission of extracts/abstracts;
• Arrange for advertising through posters, newspapers, website and banners;
• Travel to the conference for supervision of the venue and re-confirmations;
• Booking of accommodation.
• Preparation of conference documents, (bags, brochures, stationeries, conference programs);
• Arrangement for conference equipment; (overhead/power point projectors, video projectors, TV & Video, Public Address Systems); (cost price has to be submitted for the hire of the equipment if they will not be available at the conference venue);
• Provision of ushers, maids for different events.
