Taqwa Bus Service - Dar Es Salaam

We were travelling from mzuzu to Dar es salaam. We booked our ticket 2 days in advance and were told we could not reserve a seat. We were told to meet at the bus station and the bus was due at 11 30pm. When we got there at 11 15 there was no sigb so we went to the office to ask if it was here and they said no but soon. After 30 mins or so we went back up to ask if there was an update on the bus and they said it would be here within 30 mins. After 30 mins we went back to the office which was now closed. Eventually we were told it had arrived to a petrol station near by and no one bothered to tell us even though we had been waiting at the station for over an hour and they knew we were there. We rushed over and managed to catch it, however no seats were available. I ended up standing for over 4 hours of the trip. Bus has no toilets and no air conditioning.I later discovered frpm another traveler that they were able to reserve their seat.now I think they knew there were no seats and they knew that. Bus also arrived over two hours late to Dar es salaam

from 13pm up to 17pm on friday no baggage charge service on friday very disappointed

I am greatly disappointed with your services and the attitude of your officers. I mistakably took someone's language leaving mine. When I opened the box I found that it contained pairs of slippers/shoes. Mine had radios worth more than $4000.00. I explained my ordeal to Taqwa officers including giving the name of the conductor(Isiaka) but to no avail.

Please look into this matter.
