Job Presentation
Your responsibility will extend to developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety programs within the organization. You will assist the business with the professional HR support it requires in attracting, retaining, developing, and rewarding human resources that will effectively contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives.

Qualifications | University Degree. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources with sound knowledge of current Tanzanian legislation and legal requirements. |
Software | Operate and run reports (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal databases & HR systems |
Knowledge Of | HR Management. Relevant Labor legislation in Tanzania. Labor procedures & policies. |
Skills To | Implement company's objectives through development and implementation of policies covering every aspect of human resources management |
Ability To | Take personal initiative, be creative and objective. Work with and relate to people – internal and external. |
Requirements
- Administer and maintain the HR reporting systems to comply with reporting deadlines and guarantee high quality information is supplied.
- Implement a Human Resources strategy
- Process the monthly junior payroll and present reports to Agricultural Operations Manager for signoff.
- Ensure timely submissions of all monthly and annual PAYE and regulatory taxes and reconciliation.
- Coordinate annual wage discussions with the union and maintain accurate records of the wage negotiations.
- Ensure all employee physical files and in the HRIS are up to date. Maintain and manage leave records.
- Ensure monthly shareholder reporting. Manage all IR matters including any legal requirements.
- Manage and provide professional guidance in all disciplinary processes.
- Implement short to long term manpower plans and to ensure that the company has professional first-class recruitment processes to ensure that the best talent is recruited.
- Develop, improve, implement, and maintain effective up to date Human Resources administration systems and procedures.
- Analyse, recommend and implement competitive remuneration packages, policies, and procedures,
- Build and develop effective employee and industrial relations.
- Ensure that the team members are developed through on-the job activities, coaching and training
- To co-ordinate, guide and monitor the job description/evaluation processes
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and policies. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Analyse root causes and recommend corrective actions. Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Communicate safety information to employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety-related activities
